Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 500 g Macaroni
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 3 Vineyard peaches
  • 1 green, yellow and red peppers
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 150 g Breakfast bacon in slices
  • 150 g Barbecue sauce
  • 300 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers

Directions

    Prepare the pasta in boiling salted water according to the instructions on the packet, pour into a sieve, rinse with cold water, pour into a large bowl, drizzle with oil and put aside. Wash, halve, stone and slice the peaches. Clean and wash the peppers and cut them into cubes (approx. 3 x 3 cm). Clean, wash and cut spring onions into rings. Peel garlic and dice finely

    Fry bacon in portions in a coated pan without fat until crisp, remove, drain on a paper towel, crumble coarsely and add to the remaining ingredients. Mix barbecue sauce with yoghurt and season with paprika powder. Also add to salad and mix
