Wash the grapes, pluck and drain them. Meanwhile peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins with a sharp knife.
Cut pineapple rings into medium sized pieces. Cut the grapes in half. Mix oat and wheat flakes together. Arrange flakes with fruit in bowls. Add a large blob of yoghurt and serve decorated with coconut flakes and lemon balm.
