Yoghurt Grape Muesli

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 100 g green grapes
  • 2 medium sized oranges (approx. 100 g each)
  • 2 Rings unsweetened pineapple (tin)
  • 100 g Oat and wheat flakes
  • 300 g low-fat yoghurt (1,5 % fat)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Coconut flakes and balm

Directions

    Wash the grapes, pluck and drain them. Meanwhile peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets from the parting skins with a sharp knife.

    Cut pineapple rings into medium sized pieces. Cut the grapes in half. Mix oat and wheat flakes together. Arrange flakes with fruit in bowls. Add a large blob of yoghurt and serve decorated with coconut flakes and lemon balm.
