Yoghurt and orange ice cream with acacia honey

Ingredients

  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 2 1/2 (150 g each) Mug of whole milk yoghurt
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Acacia honey
  • 4 untreated oranges
  • 2 TABLESPOONS crushed pistachios

Directions

    Place the container of the ice cream machine in the freezer one day before. Wash the oranges, dab dry. Finely grate the peel of 3 fruits. Whip cream until semi-stiff. Fold in yoghurt, 3 tablespoons honey and the grated orange peel.

    Pour the mixture into the running ice cream machine and let it freeze in about 30 minutes. In the meantime, peel off the remaining orange with a julienne chaff cutter as fine strips. Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed.

    Cut orange filets out of the parting skins. Squeeze the remaining orange and mix the juice with the remaining honey. Form ice balls with an ice cream scoop and garnish with orange peel strips on T

    Add orange fillets and lightly cover with honey-fruit sauce. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
