Ingredients

  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Icing sugar
  • 250 g Mascarpone
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Maraschino or orange liqueur
  • 4 balls of pistachio ice cream (approx. 50 g each)
  • 100 g Raspberries
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 4 Stem(s) Mint

Directions

    Cream egg yolk and icing sugar, up to 1 tablespoon. Add mascarpone and liqueur, stir and chill. Stir the mascarpone sauce again and divide it between 4 plates. Place 1 scoop of pistachio ice cream in the middle of each plate and decorate with fruit and mint. Dust with icing sugar
