  • 1 Bread roll (from the previous day)
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 Onion
  • 750 g mixed mince
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp 800 g-1 kg carrots
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 1 (20 g) heaped tbsp. flour
  • 1 tablespoon (20 g) butter/margarine
  • 1/8 l Milk
  • 100 g Whipped cream

Directions

    Soak the buns. Boil 2 eggs hard, quench, peel. Peel and chop the onion. Squeeze the buns. Knead with minced meat, onion, raw egg, salt and pepper. Squeeze the minced mass flat. Place the boiled eggs on top, cover with minced meat and form into a loaf. Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/recirculating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for about 1 hour

    Peel, wash and cut the carrots into pieces. Cover and cook in 1/4 l boiling salted water for about 8 minutes. Wash and chop parsley. Drain the vegetables, collecting the vegetable water

    Fry the flour in hot fat until light yellow. Gradually stir in vegetable water, milk and cream. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Add parsley. Heat the carrots in the sauce. Arrange everything. Boiled potatoes go well with it
