Ingredients

  • 250 g Potatoes
  • 1 (approx. 200 g) Kasseler cutlet
  • 1 TABLESPOON Oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 (approx. 100 g) small apple
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Thyme
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Schmand
  • 7-10 Tbsp or sour cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Steak pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Parsley and thyme

Directions

    Wash the potatoes and cook in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Pour off, rinse with cold water, peel and cut into slices. Wash the meat and dab dry. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the meat in it at medium heat on each side for about 4 minutes.

    Remove and keep warm. In the meantime, peel and finely dice the onion. Wash the apple and cut out the core. Cut the apple into thin slices. Drizzle with lemon juice. Fry the onion in the cooking fat for about 1 minute. Add potatoes and apple slices and fry for 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Wash the thyme, dab dry and pluck the leaves from the stalk. Sprinkle over the vegetables shortly before the end of the frying time.
