Gyros style meatloaf pan

Ingredients

  • 400 g Meatloaf
  • 1 TABLESPOON Gyros spice
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 500 g colourful peppers
  • 1 baby onion
  • 200 g Cucumber
  • 250 g Low-fat curd
  • 250 g Schmand
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper

Directions

    Cut the meatloaf into strips. Mix the gyros spice, meat loaf and 1 tablespoon of oil and leave to stand for 5 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Peel and quarter onion and cut into thin strips.

    Wash the cucumber, dab dry and grate roughly. Mix curd and sour cream. Peel garlic, chop finely and add to the quark with the cucumber. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan.

    Brown the meat for 2 minutes. Add onion and paprika and fry for another 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the meatloaf pan with the tzatsiki. Flatbread tastes good with it.
