Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 500 g patatine fritte Jumbo congelate (patatine fritte)
  • 12 (à 50 g) Minute steaks
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 1/2 can(s) (each 446 ml) Pineapple in slices
  • 24 discs (6 g each) cooked ham (cut very thinly)
  • 300 g Slices of sliced cheese (Chester)
  • 4 Cocktail cherries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Aluminium foil

Directions

  1. 1

Spread the French fries evenly on a baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 19-23 minutes until golden brown. In the meantime, wash the steaks and pat them dry. Heat oil in portions in a large pan. Fry the steaks in 3-4 portions on each side for 1-2 minutes. Take them out and place them side by side on a baking tray lined with aluminium foil.

  2. 2

Drain the pineapple. Cover the steaks with 2 slices of ham, 1 slice of pineapple and 1 slice of sliced cheese. Slide over the French fries in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Stack 3 steaks on top of each other and garnish with 1 cocktail cherry each. Arrange the French fries with the steak stacks on plates. Ketchup tastes good with them
