Peel, wash and roughly grate the carrots. Clean, wash and drain the salad well. Heat the wraps one after the other in a pan without fat for about 30 seconds each time, turning once. Spread the mango chutney on the wraps, leaving a rim about 2 cm wide.
Cover wraps one after the other with lettuce, grated carrots and chicken slices. Wrap the sides of the wraps inwards. Roll wraps tightly and cut diagonally. Wrap the ends with a piece of parchment paper.
