Woodruff punch with orange filets

Ingredients

  • 4 Oranges
  • 6 Branches of woodruff
  • 1 TABLESPOON Sugar
  • 1 l Rosé wine
  • 1 (0,7 l) Bottle of dry sparkling wine

Directions

    Peel the orange so that the white skin is completely removed. Remove the fillets with a sharp knife between the parting skins, collecting the juice. Wash the woodruff and shake dry.

    Sprinkle orange filets, juice and woodruff with sugar. Pour in wine and let it stand in the fridge for about 30 minutes. Pour a bottle of sparkling wine before serving.
