Wash untreated orange, dab dry and peel with a zest ripper. Squeeze 3 oranges. Put orange juice (approx. 350 ml) honey and sugar in a pot. Heat while stirring until the sugar is dissolved. Simmer for 10-15 minutes until syrupy.
