Cream butter, sugar and vanilla sugar with the whisk of the hand mixer. Stir in the eggs one by one. Add flour, baking powder and salt and mix to a smooth dough. Fold in chocolate drops and nuts. Place 10 piles of dough (one heaped tablespoon each) on 3 baking trays lined with baking paper and press flat. Bake one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 8-10 minutes. Take out of the oven and let it cool down on a cake rack
