Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette bread (approx. 250 g)
  • 250 g Radicchio and frisée salad
  • 200 g Lamb salami
  • 2 smaller, red-skinned apples (approx. 150 g each)
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Cider vinegar
  • 2 TEASPOONS Honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • baking paper

Directions

    Cut bread diagonally into thin slices and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Roast in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.

    Clean, wash and drain the salad. Peel the skin from the salami, cut the salami into slices. Wash and halve apples, remove core. Cut apples into slices. Take out baguette and let it cool down.

    Mix vinegar and honey, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the oil. Roughly pluck the salad and put it in a large bowl with bread, walnuts, salami and apples. Pour dressing over it, mix and season with salt, pepper and sugar.
