Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Lettuce
  • 1 Head frisée salad
  • 150 g Bacon
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 4 discs White bread (approx. 30 g each)
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1/2 bunch Parsley and chervil
  • 1/4 collar Chives
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Balsamic Vinegar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Oil

Directions

    Clean, wash and drain the salads and divide them into bite-sized pieces. Fry the bacon at medium heat until golden brown and drain. Heat the fat in the frying fat. Dice bread, fry in it until golden brown and let it cool down.

    Wash and clean the tomatoes and cut them into thin slices. Wash the herbs and dab dry. Pluck parsley and chervil leaves from the stalks and chop. Cut chives into small rolls. Clean, wash and chop the spring onion.

    Mix vinegar, 1-2 tablespoons water, herbs and spring onion. Season with salt and pepper. Whip the oil into it. Mix salad, tomatoes, bread and bacon with the vinaigrette.
