Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) Lettuce
  • 1 collar (approx. 200 g) Radishes
  • 1/2 (approx. 200 g) Cucumber
  • 4 discs medieval Gouda cheese (approx. 45 g each)
  • 2 discs cooked ham (approx. 85 g each)
  • 50 g Salad Mayonnaise
  • 150 g ripened cream
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Brandy

Directions

    Cook the eggs in boiling water for about 8 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and let cool. Clean, wash and drain the salad. Clean, wash and quarter radishes. Wash cucumber, cut in half lengthwise and cut into slices.

    Cut cheese and ham into strips. Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and ketchup and season with sugar, salt, pepper and brandy. Peel eggs and cut into eighths. Mix all salad ingredients and arrange on plates together with the sauce and serve
