Ingredients

  • 1 collar Wild garlic
  • 1 TABLESPOON chopped almonds
  • 2 TABLESPOONS grated parmesan cheese
  • 8-10 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt

Directions

    Wash the wild garlic, dab dry well, clean and chop coarsely. Puree with almonds, parmesan and olive oil. Season with salt.
