Wholemeal roll with tomatoes and avocado and pretzel stick with radishes and sesame

Ingredients

  • 3 lettuce leaves (e.g. pickled salad)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 TEASPOON Lemon juice
  • some stem(s) Chives
  • 3 Radishes
  • 1 TEASPOON Sesame seed
  • 1 washer (40 g) Wholemeal bread
  • 1 TEASPOON low-fat margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 (60 g) Pretzel breadstick
  • 1 glass (200 ml) Multivitamin juice

Directions

    Wash lettuce, dab dry and pluck into smaller pieces. Wash, clean and slice the tomato. Peel and slice the avocado and sprinkle with juice. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into rings.

    Clean and wash the radishes and slice them into thin slices. Roast sesame seeds in a pan without fat, let cool. Spread a thin slice of bread with margarine. Cover with half of the lettuce, the tomatoes and avocado.

    Sprinkle with chives and season with salt. Halve the pretzel breadstick once horizontally. Cover with remaining salad. Spread radishes on top, sprinkle with sesame seeds and place the lid on top. Add the multivitamin juice.
