Delicious with Pulled Pork: Fruity Indian chutney or rather spicy Argentinean chimichurri - if you can't decide, just try all five in a row! Here is the recipe for the oriental sauce (no. 4 on the recipe picture) PS: They also taste great as dips with vegetable sticks, bread or nachos.

Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 2 glasses (370 ml each) Roasted peppers
  • 100 ml Pomegranate syrup (Grenadine)
  • 7-10 Tbsp cumin, salt, pepper
  • 1 Organic Lemon

Directions

    Peel and coarsely chop the garlic. Puree garlic and paprika together with the stock. Bring to the boil with syrup, 1 tsp. cumin and lemon peel, simmer for about 15 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

    TIP: If the sauce is used for Pulled Pork, you can fold it in portions when you pluck the roast.
