Ingredients

  • 1/4 cube (about 10 g) Yeast
  • 200 g Wheat wholemeal flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 TEASPOONS dried oregano
  • 5 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 250 g strained tomatoes
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato paste
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Broccoli
  • 1/2 red and yellow pepper
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 red and white onion
  • 125 g Mozzarella cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour

Directions

    For the dough, dissolve yeast in 180 ml lukewarm water. Mix flour, 1/2 tsp. sugar, 2 tsp. salt and oregano. Add 4 tablespoons of oil and mix with the dough hook of the hand mixer, letting the yeast water run in. Knead everything to a smooth dough. Z

    Mix tomatoes and tomato paste, season with salt, pepper and sugar. Clean and wash the broccoli and divide into small florets. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Clean and wash the zucchini, cut them in half lengthwise and cut them into slices. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan. Fry broccoli, bell pepper and zucchini for 3-4 minutes while turning, season with salt and pepper

    Peel onions and cut them into rings. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface until round (22-24 cm Ø). Spread the pizza with tomato sauce, spread fried vegetables and onion rings on top. Pick the cheese and spread it on the pizza. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for approx. 15 minutes on the bottom shelf. Remove the pizza and garnish with basil
