White chocolate cream on raspberries

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of (250 g) Frozen raspberries
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Raspberry Spirit
  • 1 (100 g) White chocolate bar
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 150 g Whole milk yoghurt
  • 40 g Mocha cream chocolate
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves
  • 7-10 Tbsp for ornament

Directions

    Spread out the raspberries. If necessary, sprinkle with raspberry brandy and leave to stand for a few minutes

    Coarsely chop white chocolate. Melt in a hot water bath while stirring. Leave to cool slightly

    Whip the cream until stiff. Fold into the melted chocolate. Fold in yoghurt

    Use a peeler to cut a fine grater from the mocha cream chocolate. Spread the raspberries and chocolate cream over 4 dessert glasses. Sprinkle with chocolate shavings. Decorate with mint leaves if desired

    Tip: Instead of white chocolate, the dessert also tastes good with milk or dark chocolate. You can also very well use other frozen berries, e.g. blueberries, bromine or mixed berries.
