Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half. Peel onions and garlic, dice finely. Fry the minced meat in hot olive oil until crumbly. Fry onions and garlic briefly. Season with salt and pepper, dust with flour. Stir in 300 ml water and milk and add 1⁄2 TL marjoram. Add tomatoes, bring to the boil and simmer for about 5 minutes.
In the meantime prepare the puree according to the instructions on the packet. Stir in basil oil. Season bolognese with salt and pepper. Arrange mashed potatoes and Bolo and sprinkle with fried onions.
