- 250 g Cherries
- 100 g Sugar
- 300 ml Southern Comfort Whisky-Likör (40 %)
- 7-10 Tbsp Sparkling wine
Directions

Clean, wash and stone the cherries. Place the cherries, sugar and Southern Comfort in a container and leave to stand covered for about 2 weeks. Serve filled up with sparkling wine
