Ingredients

  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 500 g pulled pork
  • 1 pck (400 g each) cooked corncobs
  • 1 red pepper
  • 2 red onions
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 250 g Chimichurri
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS pale wine vinegar

    Bring 2 tablespoons of oil and 5 tablespoons of water to the boil in a pan. Heat the meat in it for about 10 minutes. Cut the corn grains from the cobs. Remove meat from the pan. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a frying pan and fry the corn for about 4 minutes while turning.

    In the meantime, clean and wash the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Peel onions and cut into fine rings. Wash and chop the cucumber. Mix meat, corn, onions, paprika, cucumber and chimichurri. Season to taste with salt, pepper and vinegar.
