Wash the watercress (set aside a part for garnishing), dab dry and chop finely. Mix cream cheese, sour cream and watercress. Clean and wash the radishes, dab dry and cut into fine slices. Place the radish slices in a ring on the plate. Form 8 cams from the cream cheese with the help of two damp tablespoons and place them on the radishes. Garnish with watercress and radish sprouts
