Cut cheese into sticks. Wash the grapes, drain and cut in half. Peel onion and chop finely. Wash chives, dab dry and cut into small rolls. Chop walnuts coarsely.
Mix cheese, grapes and walnuts. Mix onion, vinegar and chives, fold in oil. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar. Pour marinade over the vineyard cocktail and fold in carefully.
Pour into jars.
