Vegetarian wrap with vegetable filling

Ingredients

  • 20 g Seed mixture for salad
  • 100 g Silken Tofu
  • 50 g Ajvar (mild or hot)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 60 g Radicchio salad
  • 1/4 Cucumber
  • 100 g Tomatoes
  • 1 (24 cm Ø) Wrap tortilla
  • 7-10 Tbsp Bread and butter paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Kitchen yarn

Directions

    Roast the kernel mix in a pan while turning. Finely puree the tofu and ajvar in a narrow tall cup with a hand blender. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Clean and wash the radicchio, shake dry and cut into fine strips.

    Clean, wash and roughly grate the cucumber. Wash, clean and dice the tomatoes.

    Roast the tortilla in a large hot pan for about 2 minutes, turning. Remove and immediately spread with tofu cream and sprinkle the remaining ingredients. Leave an approx. 3 cm wide rim all around.

    Fold the left and right edges approx. 3 cm towards the centre. Roll up the wrap and cut in half diagonally. Wrap in sandwich paper and tie with a string
