Ingredients

Servings: 24
  • 24 Radishes
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 150 g Cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1/2 vacuum beetroot

Directions

  1. 1

Wash and clean the radishes, leaving about 2 cm of the green. Cut the radishes in half crosswise. Put them in a bowl of iced water and let them stand for an hour until the flowers open.

  2. 2

Put the radishes with the other side on wooden skewers.

  3. 3

Wash the chives, shake dry and cut into small rolls. Mix with half of the cream cheese. Puree the beetroot with the other half of the cream cheese. Season both with salt and pepper.

  4. 4

Spray cream cheese into the radish flowers with the help of a nozzle.

  5. 5

Place the skewers in a large glass or carafe filled with coarse salt.
