Vegetable skewers with salsa & sour cream

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 1/2-1 green chili pepper
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Wine vinegar
  • 4-5 Tbsp Oil (e.g. olive oil)
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, cayenne pepper
  • 150 g Sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Chives
  • 2 Courgettes (about 200 g each)
  • 1 yellow and red peppers (approx. 200 g each)
  • 8 cherry tomatoes
  • 8 small mushrooms
  • 1/2 (approx. 100 g) Vegetable Onion
  • 8 wooden or metal skewers

Directions

    Clean and wash the spring onion and cut into fine rings. Wash and carve the chilli, remove seeds and chop finely. Mix with vinegar, 1 tablespoon of oil and chunky tomatoes. Season to taste with salt and cayenne pepper. Sprinkle with spring onion rings

    Pour the sour cream into a bowl. Peel the garlic and press it directly into the sour cream using a garlic press. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash the chives, cut them into small rolls and sprinkle them on top

    Cleaning and washing vegetables. Cut zucchini into thick slices, peppers into pieces. Peel onion and cut into pieces. Put everything alternately on skewers

    Brush with 3-4 tablespoons of oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill on the hot grill while turning for 10-12 minutes. Add sauces
