Peel and finely chop the onion. Knead the ground pork, onion and egg. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form approx. 12 balls from the dough
Bring milk and 1/2 l water to the boil. Dissolve the stock in it. Add vegetables, bring to the boil and simmer for 10-12 minutes over medium heat. Stir from time to time
Heat the oil in a pan. Fry the balls in the oil for approx. 8 minutes, turning several times
Thicken vegetable pot with sauce thickener slightly. Season to taste with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the meatballs. Wash and chop the parsley and sprinkle over it. Goes well with potatoes or rice
