Clean, wash and cut the leek into 8 even sticks. Put into boiling salted water and cook for 6-8 minutes. Pour onto a sieve, rinse under cold water and drain. Cut ham slices in half and wrap 1 stick in 1/2 slice of ham each. Grease an ovenproof dish with 20 g herb butter and place the sticks in the dish.
Cut the mozzarella into slices and place them on the leek rolls. Spread the rest of the herb butter on top and season with pepper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/ gas: level 2) for 25-30 minutes. Serve garnished with basil. Serve with fresh baguette
