Peel, wash and slice the potatoes. Cook in boiling salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain, rinse with cold water and let drain. Wash fish, dab dry and cut into cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
Wash the dill, dab dry and cut finely. Mix sour cream, cream and dill. Season with salt and lemon pepper. Put potato slices and salmon in a flat gratin dish like roof tiles. Spread the dill sauce on top and bake in a preheated oven (electric range: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for 30-35 minutes
