Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 1 pack of (300 g) frozen "Cream of King Vegetables"
  • 75 g medieval Gouda cheese
  • 1 tin(s) (250 g) Pizza dough (chilled fresh dough)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 8 discs (8 g each) Salami
  • 1 Stalk parsley

Directions

  1. 1

Put deep-frozen vegetables in a small pot with 125 ml cold water. Bring to the boil briefly in the open pot at high heat. Then simmer at low heat stirring several times. Remove from the heat and let it cool down. In the meantime, grate the cheese coarsely. Take the dough out of the roll and unroll it carefully.

  2. 2

Use a sharp knife to cut into four equally sized pieces. Put 1/2 tablespoon of breadcrumbs in the middle of each piece and spread the vegetables evenly on top. Place two slices of salami on top, fold the dough corners towards the middle and press lightly. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes. In the meantime, wash parsley, dab dry and chop finely. Serve pizzas sprinkled with parsley
