Vegan chocolate mousse

Ingredients

  • 1 package (400g) Silken Tofu
  • 150 g vegan dark chocolate
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON demerara sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp vegan chocolate rolls
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint leaves

Directions

    Let silk tofu drain well in a sieve for about 2 hours.

    Chop the chocolate and melt over a warm water bath. Stir vanillin sugar and sugar into the chocolate. Finely puree the silk tofu with a blender. Add the chocolate and puree until everything has combined. Pour the chocolate mousse into dessert glasses and chill for about 3 hours.

    Mousse with chocolate rolls and decorate with mint.
