Knead flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, salt, lemon peel, egg yolk and fat flakes to a smooth dough. Cover and chill for about 1/2 hour. Form dough into a roll, cut into 40 slices and shape them into rolls of approx. 10 cm length. Press each roll diagonally four times with the back of a knife on the surface and lay it on the baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 15 minutes.
Let it cool down on a cake rack. Melt the chocolate coating. Dip the ends of the vanilla sticks into chocolate coating and sprinkle with the chopped pistachios. Results in about 40 pieces
