Vanilla dessert with cottage cheese

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 sheets Gelatine
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Peach juice (a.d. can)
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 200 g Cottage cheese
  • 2 (150 g each) Cup of vanilla yoghurt
  • 2 Peach halves (a.d. tin)
  • 100 g Blueberries
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon balm

Directions

    Soak gelatine in cold water. Heat the juice and dissolve the gelatine in it. Whip cream until stiff. Stir cottage cheese, yoghurt. Stir in gelatine and juice. Fold in cream. Spread the cream over four dessert glasses and let it set in the fridge.

    Decorate with peach slices, blueberries and balm.
