Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3-4 measuring spoons (about 25 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp powdered coffee
  • 3/8 l Milk
  • 1 package Pudding powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp "Cream flavor."
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cappuccino powder or
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions

    Brew coffee with 200 ml water. Add milk to 1/2 l. Stir pudding powder, sugar, vanilla sugar and 6 tablespoons of coffee with milk until smooth. Bring the rest of the latte to the boil, stir in the pudding powder and bring to the boil. Then let cool down a little

    Whip the cream until stiff and fold half into the pudding. Chill the rest. Fill the cream into dessert bowls and let it cool down

    Decorate the cream with the rest of the cream. Dust with cappuccino powder or cocoa
