Ingredients

  • 1/4 l Milk
  • 1/2 package unsweetened
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 7-10 Tbsp liquid sweetener
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Cherries
  • 1 (15 g) go. tablespoon of starch
  • 125 g Low-fat curd
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 36 g + 3 g diabetic sweetness
  • 240 g + some flour
  • 1/2 package Baking Powder
  • baking paper

Directions

    Mix 3 tablespoons of milk, pudding powder and sweetener. Boil up the rest of the milk. Stir in the pudding powder and bring to the boil again briefly. Leave to cool down

    Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Stir starch and 4 tablespoons of juice until smooth. Boil up the rest of the juice and stir in the starch. Simmer for about 1 minute. fold in the cherries, let cool down

    Mix quark, oil, egg and 36 g diabetic sweetener. Mix 240 g flour and baking powder, knead in. Roll out dough on a little flour to a rectangle (approx. 20 x 40 cm). Cut 8 squares (approx. 10 x 10 cm) from it. Put them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Whip the dough corners to the middle and press them down lightly. Spread the pudding and cherries on top

    Bake in the preheated oven (electric oven: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes. Let them cool down. Dust with 3 g diabetic sweetener
