Paprika strips with pesto cream

Ingredients

Servings: 3
  • 400 g Pork steak (minute steaks)
  • 2 Onions
  • 1 red, green, yellow and orange peppers (approx. 225 g each)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth (instant)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS green pesto
  • 7-10 Tbsp Basil

Directions

    Wash the meat, dab dry with kitchen paper and cut into thin strips. Peel and roughly dice the onions. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into strips. Heat oil in a pan, add meat and fry vigorously all around, turning. Add onions and bell peppers, fry briefly, add stock and braise over medium heat for about 8 minutes, turning.

    Season with salt and pepper. Stir in crème fraîche and pesto (except for a little to garnish). Heat and season again with salt and pepper. Serve on a platter garnished with some crème fraîche, pesto and basil
