Ingredients

  • 75 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 25 g dried shiitake mushrooms
  • 125 g dried tomatoes

Directions

    Cut the Parmesan cheese into large pieces. Briefly chop the parmesan, mushrooms and tomatoes in the high performance stand mixer at the highest setting. Pour into clean screw-top jars, close them and store in the refrigerator. (Shelf life at least 6 weeks)

    Tastes good in soups, dark sauces and scrambled eggs, in quark with potatoes and over pasta.
