Tyrolean cheese gnocchi with bacon

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 800 g fresh gnocchi (cooling shelf)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Nutmeg
  • 100 g Mountain cheese (piece)
  • 50 g Parmesan (piece)
  • 0,5 Bundle Chives
  • 100 g Tyrolean bacon in thin slices or farmer's ham

Directions

    Preheat oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: see manufacturer). Heat butter in a large pan. Fry uncooked gnocchi for approx. 5 minutes, turning them over. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.

    Grate the whole cheese and sprinkle over the gnocchi. Bake in a hot oven for about 5 minutes. Wash the chives and cut into small rolls. Spread slices of bacon on the gnocchi and sprinkle with chives.

    If there is still some whipped cream in the fridge, simply pour it over the gnocchi before gratinating.
