Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 1 pineapple (approx. 1,2 kg); alternatively approx. 600 g pineapple pulp
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 350 g Blackberries
  • 100 g black olives (glass)
  • 2 (approx. 400 g) yellow peppers
  • 250 g Paprika salami, sliced
  • 1 Watermelon
  • 48 large wooden skewers

Directions

    For the fruit skewers, peel and halve the pineapple and remove the woody stalk. Cut the halves first into slices, then into pieces. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries. Wash the blackberries and let them drip off. Put 2 blackberries, strawberry quarters and pineapple pieces each on 24 large wooden skewers

    For the spicy skewers, drain the olives. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into pieces. Put 3 olives, salami slices and pepper pieces on 24 skewers, folding the salami slices twice. Cut off about 1/3 of the watermelon. Place on a large plate with the cut side down. Put the skewers on the melon
