Drain the tuna in a sieve and pull them apart easily. Wash the salad and shake dry. Peel and halve the onion and cut into fine strips. Spread the wraps on the work surface and spread 2 tablespoons of aioli on each. Spread the salad first, then the tuna on the wraps and sprinkle with onions. Season with salt and pepper. Leave approx. 3 cm of edge free.
Fold left or right edge 3-4 cm to the middle. Roll up the wrap tightly. Halve the roll. Cut approx. 4 cm wide strips from the parchment and wrap them around the lower end of the wraps. Tie together with gift ribbon or kitchen yarn as desired
