For the chocolate pudding, stir the pudding powder, sugar and approx. 100 ml milk until smooth. Boil up the rest of the milk in a pot. Stir in the pudding powder and simmer for about 1 minute while stirring. Let the pudding cool down in a bowl, stirring from time to time.
In the meantime beat 150 g cream and vanilla sugar until stiff.
For the banana cream peel bananas, cut them into slices and crush them with a fork. Stir in 4 tablespoons of cream.
Stir the pudding well and fill into four glasses (approx. 200 ml each). Layer banana cream, cream and muesli on top and serve immediately.
TIP: Make it snappy! To prevent the crushed bananas from turning brown in the air, prepare and serve the dessert as fresh as possible.
