Ingredients

Servings: 20
  • 1 package (250 g) Strudel dough sheets filo or yufka dough (10 sheets each 30 x 31 cm; refrigerated shelf)
  • 1 Avocado
  • 100 g Cream cheese double cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 150 g Gouda cheese
  • 10 thin discs Cooked ham (approx. 150 g)
  • 10 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil

Directions

  1. 1

Let the dough sheets rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the avocado in half, remove the core and remove the flesh from the skin. Puree cream cheese and avocado and season to taste with salt and pepper. Coarsely grate the Gouda.

  2. 2

Spread a cloth lightly moistened with water on a work surface, place a dry one on top. Unroll the dough sheets, cut them in half crosswise and lay them on the prepared cloths. Cover during preparation. Gradually cover half of the dough sheets with ham and sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Spread the other half of the dough sheets with avocado cream. Leave about 4 cm free all around. Fold the free edges of the short sides over the filling and roll up the dough pieces from one long side.

  3. 3

Heat oil in portions in a large frying pan and fry the rolls for about 4 minutes each. Arrange the finished rolls on a plate.
