Ingredients

  • 3 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 4 (120 g each) Beef Steaks
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 collar Spring onions
  • 2 discs Bacon
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 50 g dried tomatoes (from the jar)
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Fresh cream
  • 7-10 Tbsp Curry
  • 7-10 Tbsp some salad leaves
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 4 Bagels
  • 60 g Gorgonzola cheese

Directions

    Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a hot pan. Fry the steaks for about 5 minutes, turning them over. Remove the steaks, season with salt and pepper and keep warm. Clean and wash spring onions and cut into rings. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil.

    Brown the spring onions in it and take them out. Cut the bacon into pieces and fry them in a pan until crispy, take them out. Clean and grate the mushrooms, cut them into slices and fry them in the frying fat until brown. Cut tomatoes into small pieces. Season crème fraîche with curry, salt and pepper. Clean, wash and drain the salad. Wash the chilli pepper and cut into thin rings. Cut the bagels open. Cover 2 bagels with salad, steaks, mushrooms, curry sauce, bacon and chilli rings.
