Ingredients

  • 250 g Wheat flour (type 1050)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 1/2 cube (21 g) Yeast
  • 2 small onions
  • 1 TEASPOON dried Italian herbs
  • 400 g strained tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 300 g leaf spinach
  • 100 g small mushrooms
  • 1 washer (40 g) cooked ham
  • 1 can(s) Natural tuna (115 net content; 81 g trimmed weight)
  • 50 g low-fat cheese rasp (15 % fat)

Directions

    Put flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a mixing bowl. Dissolve yeast in 200 ml of lukewarm water, add. Knead first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer, then with your hands to a smooth dough. Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for about 45 minutes. For the tomato sauce, finely dice 1 onion. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, fry the onion in it. Add the herbs and steam briefly. Add tomato, season with salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes at low heat.

Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 15 to 20 minutes. In the last 5 minutes of the baking time, cover the other two tongues. Do the same with sauce and spinach. Pick up the tuna and cover the pizzas with it. Spread onion rings and cheese on top. Bake at the same temperature and time

In the last 5 minutes of the baking time, cover the other two tongues. Do the same with sauce and spinach. Pick up the tuna and cover the pizzas with it. Spread onion rings and cheese on top. Bake at the same temperature and time
