Turkey with mushrooms in white wine cream

Ingredients

  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper, 1 onion
  • 150 g Mushrooms
  • 150 g Oyster mushrooms
  • 300 g Turkey or pork escalope
  • 400 g Macaroni
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS oil, 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/8 l White wine
  • 100 g Whipped cream
  • 1/2 TEASPOON Vegetable broth
  • 1/2 bunch Chives
  • 7-10 Tbsp Lemon

Directions

    Boil up about 2 l salted water. Peel and chop the onion. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms. Wash, dry and chop the meat. Cook macaroni in salted water for about 10 minutes

    Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the meat in it and take it out. Sauté the mushrooms and onion in the frying fat. Add meat again and season. Dust with flour, sweat on

    Stir in wine, 1/8 l water, cream and stock. Bring to the boil and simmer for 3-4 minutes

    Season to taste with salt and pepper

    Cut bread into cubes. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the bread cubes while turning them into croutons. Season with salt and pepper. ##Peel garlic and onion and cut into fine cubes.
