Turkey steak with wok vegetables

Ingredients

  • 45 g Rice (to B. Natural rice)
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 1 (20 g) cleaned spring onion
  • 1/2 (100 g; red for example) cleaned pepper
  • 1 (100 g) peeled carrot
  • 50 g cleaned zucchini
  • 20 g read out
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mung bean seedlings
  • 100 g Turkey escalope
  • 1 tsp (5 g) oil, 1-2 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 knife tip Curry

Directions

    Put the rice in about 1/8 l boiling salted water. Cover and let it swell at low heat for about 25 minutes

    Washing vegetables. Cut spring onion into rings, peppers and carrot into sticks. Halve the zucchini lengthwise and cut into slices

    Wash the meat and pat dry. Heat oil in a coated wok or frying pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Take out and keep warm

    Fry the vegetables, except the sprouts, in the frying fat for 2-3 minutes, turning. Fry the sprouts only briefly. Season to taste with soy sauce, pepper, possibly a little salt and curry. Serve with steak and rice
