Turkey rolls with olive and cheese cream

Ingredients

  • 10-12 paprika-filled olives
  • 2-3 stem(s) Parsley
  • 150 g light cream cheese
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, white pepper
  • 2-3 (approx. 90 g) fine slices
  • 7-10 Tbsp Turkey breast cold cuts
  • 100 g cherry tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salad
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Vinegar (e.g. herb vinegar)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 TABLESPOON oil, approx. 8 wooden skewers

Directions

    Halve 4-5 olives, chop the rest finely. Wash and chop the parsley. Mix cream cheese, chopped olives and parsley. Season if necessary. Brush the turkey breast with the cheese mixture. Roll up firmly. Keep cool until serving.

    Clean and wash the tomatoes and lettuce. Halve the tomatoes, pluck the lettuce smaller. Beat vinegar, salt, pepper, some sugar and oil

    Arrange lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle with marinade. Cut the turkey rolls into about 8 pieces. Put the halved olives on the skewers. Put 1 skewer on 1 roll each. Arrange on the salad
