Turkey rolls with honey-mustard cream cheese filling

  • 400 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS Honey
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS grainy mustard
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 2 packs (each 100 g = 5 slices) Grilled turkey breast
  • 1 small roman salad heart

Directions

    Mix cream cheese with honey and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Place 2 slices of turkey breast slightly offset on top of each other. Put 1/5 of the cream cheese cream on each double slice and roll up to 5 rolls.

    Cover with foil and keep cool until serving. Wash the salad and cut into strips. Cut turkey rolls into pieces and arrange on salad. Serve with tomatoes, radishes and gherkins.
