Mix cream cheese with honey and mustard, season with salt and pepper. Place 2 slices of turkey breast slightly offset on top of each other. Put 1/5 of the cream cheese cream on each double slice and roll up to 5 rolls.
Cover with foil and keep cool until serving. Wash the salad and cut into strips. Cut turkey rolls into pieces and arrange on salad. Serve with tomatoes, radishes and gherkins.
